
Information Management and Governance Consultant
Become our clients’ preferred partner by helping them define their information management and governance strategies. You will help your clients implement information policies and foster a responsible information culture within their organisation.
Your ability to understand key issues and propose appropriate solutions is essential. If you have strong listening skills, an analytical mind, and a keen interest in information management, apply now!
Main responsibilities
- You work closely with our client’s project team to initiate a common vision in terms of information management and governance
- You analyse information management processes and user needs, identify strengths and areas of improvements in order to optimise and automate processes
- You develop and propose strategies for the capture, storage, security, revision control, retrieval, distribution, preservation or destruction of information within the organisation
- You define the directions and planning for the implementation of information governance
- You analyse the standard features and characteristics of the necessary IT tools
- You lead and accompany the change for the implementation of information governance
- You help transfer knowledge to employees and train them
- You lead meetings with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience required
- Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information management, information governance, document management or EIM projects
- Successful experience in a team-oriented environment
Required skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in workshop facilitation and interviewing
- Excellent listening skills and understanding of customer needs
- Language skills: French, Dutch and/or English
