A new Board member joins Exquando!

We are pleased to welcome Gilles Klass as an independent director at Exquando.

Having worked mainly in HR, Gilles has spent the last 10 years assisting boards of directors at several organizations (Sogesma – Trafic, Narrativ, Stanley & Stella, Sapristic, Recyterre, Selescope, UNMS, etc.). He has also shared his company organization skills in several consultancy missions.

Gilles’ accute listening skills help him adapt his advice to the specificities of each company. He guides people towards joint decisions all while respecting everyone’s individual opinions. The objective is to facilitate the formulation of a common vision and consolidate it over time!
