
Archivist
As an archivist, you play a key role in organising and promoting documentary collections. You are responsible for the collection, classification, preservation, and provision of current and historical archives. Your expertise ensures the traceability of activities and facilitates access to information.

Main responsibilities
As part of the mission assigned to you, you could be responsible for the following tasks:
- Document retention
- Filing, cataloguing and classification of documents
- Acquisition of paper documentation and its electronic archiving
- Ensuring document accessibility
- Designing the architecture of an archive
- Monitoring the state of conservation of documents
- Valorisation of preserved documents and archives
- Responding to user questions and requests regarding the location, description and naming of documents
- Participation in the development or revision of procedures and daily work tools (collaborative work, brainstorming within the team)
Qualifications and experience required
- Master of Archival Science
- Good knowledge of databases and documentary software
- Minimum one year of experience in the field of archives
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (level B2 to C1)

- Very good organisational and priority management skills
- Good knowledge of archival techniques
