In the US, John E. Moss drafted a Consumer Product Safety Act. This consumer protection law obliges all retailers to mention the expiry dates of their products, or to prevent possible risks. It is one of the pioneers of our very dear right to information that allows to install trust. This law should be transposed internally in any company. Indeed, do you think it is tenable in your company that stakeholders must beg for information to fulfill their roles? Just impossible. Just as unrealistic to entrust this task to one person. At this level, it is the division of labor that will lead to a situation where everyone will show solidarity, and where the management of information will be the responsibility of all. Easy to make. Finally, as far as you decide.
